Privacy Policy

1. Who controls your data

SwiVerse is the personal information controller for the data described here, under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173). Contact us about your data at hello@swiverse.com.

2. What we collect

• Your account email address.
• If you sign in with Google: your Google name and profile photo URL.
• The briefs you write and the images you upload.
• The media we generate for you: scenes, voice, music, and finished videos.
• Usage of the app (pages opened, jobs started, seconds used) and analytics events tied to a random account id, never your email or name.
• When you accept these documents: the version, the time, and your browser's user agent.

We do not store your IP address with your consent records.

3. Why we use it

• To create your account, sign you in, and keep you signed in.
• To make, store, and deliver your videos.
• To count and bill the seconds you use.
• To keep the service safe from abuse and to fix errors.
• To keep proof of what you agreed to.

4. Who processes it for us

We use service providers in these categories, each only for the job named:

• Hosting of the website and app.
• Database and sign in.
• Background jobs that make your videos.
• Email delivery for sign in codes and notices.
• Product analytics and error tracking.
• AI generation providers for scripts, images, video, voice, and original AI music.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. Where it is processed

Our providers process data outside the Philippines, including in Singapore and the United States. We use providers bound by contract to protect it.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your account data and content while your account exists. When you delete your account we erase your profile, briefs, uploads, generated media, and consent records. Billing records are kept without your identity where the law requires us to keep them.

7. Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to:

• be informed about how your data is processed;
• access your data;
• correct inaccurate data;
• have your data erased or blocked;
• object to processing;
• receive your data in a portable format;
• complain to the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).

8. Delete your account yourself

Signed in, open the account page and choose delete. Your account and everything in it are erased right away; no email to us is needed.

9. Age

SwiVerse is for people 18 and older, as our Terms of Service require.

10. Changes

When this policy changes we publish a new version here and ask you to accept it the next time you use the app.
