Terms of Service

1. Who we are

SwiVerse is an AI tool that turns a short brief into a short form video. These terms are an agreement between you and SwiVerse. Reach us at hello@swiverse.com.

2. You must be 18 or older

You may use SwiVerse only if you are at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. By accepting these terms you confirm that you are.

3. Your account

• You sign in with Google or with a code we email you.
• Keep access to your email and Google account safe; anyone with them can sign in as you.
• One person per account. Do not share or sell accounts.

4. Your content

You keep the rights you have in the briefs and images you upload. You give SwiVerse the permission it needs to store and process them to make your videos. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload, including any person shown in a photo.

5. Acceptable use

• No content that is illegal, sexual involving minors, hateful, or that harasses a real person.
• No impersonation or deceptive content about real people without their consent.
• No attempts to break, overload, or get around the limits of the service.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.

6. Pricing

Paid plans are priced per second of finished video. Prices and what each plan includes are shown in the app before you pay.

7. AI output

Videos are made by AI models and may contain mistakes. Review every video before you post it.

8. Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time from the account page. This erases your content as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these terms

When these terms change we publish a new version here and ask you to accept it the next time you use the app.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
